A nursing home Administrators job is to pivotal role in their successful life they have a job of doing many things to help out their patients.Their jobs are to handle responsibilities like patients admission, finances, facility, and residential care and staffing. They keep everything in order and in track.These people and jobs are really important for maintaining a good record. And they have a place where people can require continual nursing.To become one you need to be specialized training in order to be competitive in a job market. they mostly help people in their older years.

Salary:
A Nursing home Administrators gets a salary of $65,000 to $90,000 for a mid-career nursing home administrator.  

Education:
In order to become a Nursing home Administrator you need to get your bachelors degree and take a college course for around 4 to 10 years at the medical field and this is to really get to now about the topic.

Reflection: 
I wouldn't like to become a Nursing home Administrator I would rather become a doctor.
